ATLANTA -- Just one week after college football kicked off, it's now time for the NFL to get started.

Tonight on NBC, the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens will take on the the Broncos in Denver. Meanwhile, the Falcons are preparing for their big game on Sunday. The Atlanta team is set to meet division rival New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Many know the relationship between the Falcons and the Saints as a hostile, violent one. Last November when the Saints came to Atlanta, they were greeted with eggs being thrown at their bus

According to free safety Thomas DeCoud, the Falcons predict some retaliation may happen from the Saints during the weekend.

"We're not going to let that distract us," DeCoud said. "We are going to go in and prepare this week like we would do any other week."

Kickoff between the rival teams on Sunday is set for 1:00 p.m.
